Holden Lake House sits on a peninsula lot on Lake Holden in Orlando, with open water wrapping around three sides. We gutted the entire property down to the studs and rebuilt it with intention: custom navy cabinetry, quartz waterfall countertops, designer tile work, and furniture that was chosen, not just placed.
The backyard is the real draw. A fire pit sits right at the water's edge, surrounded by Acapulco chairs. There's a screened porch for those afternoons when Florida's doing its thing, and a private dock where you can watch the sun drop behind the tree line. Inside, the open floor plan connects the kitchen, living room, and a game room with a full-size pool table.
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Disney is 20 minutes south. Downtown Orlando is 10 minutes north. But most guests tell us they didn't want to leave the house.
